Asteeri Infotech is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team!

Position: Sales Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of US Sales Experience
Role: Team Lead
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Salary: Negotiable / Based on Experience

Location: Webel IT Park, Asansol

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Handle US-based clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor team performance and drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Train, motivate, and support team members.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of US sales experience.
• Proven experience in a Team Lead / Sales Leadership role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and client handling.
• Target-oriented with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
